To dual-boot Kali Linux with Windows, back up data, create a bootable USB, shrink the Windows partition, install Kali from the USB, and set up GRUB to choose your OS at reboot.

use rufus and and use kali linux iso (make a usb bootable.)
boot pc via usb.
follow onscreen process.
select empty partition to install kali linux.
end the process.
