Success of company starts, when insider (employees) gets treated well. Growth starts from inside, not outside. Employees must be treated well, they should be motivated.

But some companies focus on outsider thing, they neglect the physical and mental health of their employee, and expect good results from employee. Some employers and boss are idiots, BOD are idiots.

In most cases, it’s not about salary amount…..it’s about company environment, because of which employee leave the job.
