Since I am client of Worldlink, so i don’t know much about other ISP. ISP like Subisu and Vianet are also nice in accordance to my friends and circle.
Personally speaking, Worldlink is best for me. Why ? If some problem arises, then we can open a ticket directly from app. Then within 20 to 30 minutes, worldlink customer care calls us and tries to solve the problem.
Yes, there are some client who are not satisfied with worldlink, and we cannot ignore this. In each field, in each service, there are people complaining about particular issue and this is normal.
So, just experience the service, if you are not satisfied then change it.
