Select the Clip:

In the timeline, right-click on the video clip you want to modify.

2. Open Speed/Duration Settings:

Choose Speed/Duration from the context menu.

3. Adjust Speed:

Enter a value:

Above 100% to speed up (e.g., 200% for double speed).

Below 100% to slow down (e.g., 50% for half speed).

Check Ripple Edit, Shifting Trailing Clips if you want the timeline to adjust automatically.
